Sans strat\u00e9gie, le projet risque de passer inaper\u00e7u dans le flux continu des sorties quotidiennes sur les plateformes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choisir le bon format pour o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on en est<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie de sortie commence par le choix du format. Un album en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re est rarement la meilleure approche sur le plan promotionnel : les streams se dispersent sur de nombreux titres, les m\u00e9dias ont peu de raisons d&rsquo;y consacrer plusieurs articles, et la machine promotionnelle \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer est disproportionn\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 existante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9marche la plus efficace en d\u00e9veloppement est de sortir des singles r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, d&rsquo;abord seuls puis en anticipation d&rsquo;un EP ou d&rsquo;un album. Chaque single concentre l&rsquo;attention sur un titre, g\u00e9n\u00e8re un \u00e9v\u00e9nement communicationnel, et maintient une pr\u00e9sence r\u00e9guli\u00e8re dans l&rsquo;actualit\u00e9. Les algorithmes des plateformes de streaming favorisent aussi les artistes qui publient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>strat\u00e9gie waterfall<\/strong>&nbsp;(ou cascade) consiste \u00e0 sortir un nouveau single toutes les trois \u00e0 quatre semaines, au moment o\u00f9 le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent commence \u00e0 d\u00e9cliner, pour maintenir un flux constant de streams et construire progressivement un catalogue. C&rsquo;est une approche particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e aux artistes en d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Planifier en amont : le r\u00e9tro-planning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un single, il faut pr\u00e9voir au minimum six \u00e0 huit semaines de pr\u00e9paration avant la date de sortie. Pour un EP ou un album, trois \u00e0 six mois sont recommand\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9tro-planning part de la date de sortie et remonte dans le temps en assignant des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape : livraison des fichiers au distributeur (en tenant compte des d\u00e9lais de traitement et du d\u00e9lai de pitch \u00e9ditorial de 29 jours minimum pour Spotify), conception et validation des visuels, pr\u00e9paration du kit promo, envoi aux m\u00e9dias et attach\u00e9s de presse, lancement de la campagne de pr\u00e9-save, contenus de teasing sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, activation des ads, et promotion post-sortie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque poste doit aussi \u00eatre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un budget estim\u00e9 : distribution, ads, attach\u00e9 de presse, clips, cr\u00e9ation graphique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choisir la bonne p\u00e9riode<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines p\u00e9riodes sont plus favorables que d&rsquo;autres pour une sortie. Juillet, ao\u00fbt et d\u00e9cembre sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 \u00e9viter pour les artistes en d\u00e9veloppement : les m\u00e9dias tournent au ralenti, les journalistes sont en cong\u00e9, les auditeurs ont la t\u00eate ailleurs. Septembre concentre de nombreuses sorties concurrentes et peut \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 traverser sans budget important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mois de janvier, f\u00e9vrier, mars, avril, mai et juin sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les plus favorables. Il faut aussi v\u00e9rifier qu&rsquo;aucun \u00e9v\u00e9nement majeur (\u00e9lection, comp\u00e9tition sportive d&rsquo;ampleur, sortie tr\u00e8s attendue d&rsquo;un artiste concurrent) ne risque d&rsquo;\u00e9clipser la sortie au moment choisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les temps forts de la strat\u00e9gie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avant la sortie<\/strong>&nbsp;: les semaines qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent servent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de l&rsquo;attente. Teasing sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, campagne de pr\u00e9-save pour mobiliser la communaut\u00e9 existante, envoi aux m\u00e9dias et playlists en amont, activation des contacts professionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le jour J<\/strong>&nbsp;: posts coordonn\u00e9s sur tous les canaux, activation des ads, message \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9, v\u00e9rification de la disponibilit\u00e9 sur toutes les plateformes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apr\u00e8s la sortie<\/strong>&nbsp;: la promotion ne s&rsquo;arr\u00eate pas le jour de la mise en ligne.
